That’s usually all we need to confirm that your organization is a nonprofit.
If it’s not extremely obvious on your website that you’re a nonprofit organization, please also include your nonprofit documentation proving your nonprofit status. Your nonprofit documentation will be reviewed by our moderation team. Files will not be shared and will be trashed as soon as reviewed.
Once you’re approved you will get a 20% discount for your account. Every time you purchase mailing credits, we will apply this discount to our regular pricing. If you’re on a monthly plan, we’ll apply your discount with each billing cycle.
Note that we cannot apply the nonprofit discount until you request it, so you won’t receive a retroactive discount or refund on past orders or purchases.
