I have not received a welcome email after registration

Introduction

Recommendation

In case you did not receive our welcome email, please

  1. Check the correct spelling of the email address provided for your registration.
  2. Check your Junk E-mail folder.
  3. It might take a while for our welcome email to be delivered to our inbox. Wait up to 60 minutes.
  4. Try registering again with a different email address.

Note

We cannot resend the original welcome email. Also we cannot directly send the login data to you. Therefore we’d kindly ask you to follow the steps recommended above.
